Trans Siberian Railway

About

Beijing to Moscow on the Trans Siberian Railway has been our dream for some time.   Rita, Pam’s mother, whose inheritance helped finance the trip always wanted to do it.  She travels with us in our hearts.  The journey takes 12 days on the Tsar’s Gold private train with night stops at Ulan Bator and Irkutsk along the way.  Flower Travel organised it for us.

Our blog starts here.

But since we are departing from Beijing, we’ll see the iconic China sights – Yangtze River, Pandas, Terracotta Warriors and the Great Wall on a Wendy Wu Tour first.

After Moscow, we had a few days in Saint Petersburg then the ferry to Stockholm where we had a week and back via Hong Kong for a week there.
