There is no accommodation, stores or restaurants at the end of Route 11 so we stayed an extra night at Moseulpo, took a taxi to the end point (about 20 minutes, $10) and walked back.
Small problem after half an hour – a new rough road was being made along where the trail should be, taking out the waymarking. We avoided this section by walking a little way on the main road to re-join the path later.
Route 11 meanders through small, labor intensive farms and climbs Moseul-bong Oreum which is covered in graves disappearing into the overgrowth.
