We’d planned to walk the whole of Catalunya in a month.
But the more we looked, the more we found; there is 2,500km of paths in the north alone so plenty more for future trips!
We’ve picked part of El Camí Oliba (Catalan Romanesque Route) and the GR-92 El Camí de Ronda (Mediterranean Coastal Route), built along the Costa Brava to control smuggling – in total, about 400 km of walking. See the map.
To finish – a few days in Tarragona to see the castells, traditional human towers of Catalunya.
