The Camino Catalán stretches about 450 kilometers from the Monastery of Montserrat near Barcelona to Logroño where it joins the Camino Frances, continuing for about 600 kilmeters to Santiago and about another 100 kilometers on to Cabo Finisterre on the Atlantic – a total of almost 1200 kilometers.
We wanted to be able enjoy it all so allowed 3 months and started in early February 2012, however fate intervened …
